Cynthia, I thought you are a practitioner yourself?
Why are you claiming to be a Business Coach?

I have been in business as a Nutrition Practitioner, Educator, Speaker and Coach for over 8 years…
and built a very successful service-based business along the way.
My skills and services as a Business Coach actually happened by accident because several of my colleagues were asking how I built a lucrative private practice in Manhattan in less than a year.
I found out very quickly how much I loved helping others cut their confusion, get some clients and calm the mental anguish that often comes with starting a business!

And gone through every emotional phase in-between.
Let me help you cut to the chase, go down the checklist for what you need to do and know as a practitioner in service less than two years, and actually enjoy the process of growing your career.

When I started my health counseling business back in 2005, Cynthia had an instrumental role in helping me develop it. She guided me through the process of building the business so that I could leave my full-time job and helped give me structure and direction in regards to what to do first.
I was clueless as to how to set up a health counseling business and have an operation that runs smoothly. As a 25 year sales veteran, I was used to someone else handling all the minutia and details. My thought was that since everyone “EATS”, everyone was my client!
Before I started working with Cynthia, I was feeling confused and overwhelmed with all the different options facing me in my Health Coaching practice. I chose Cynthia after taking one of her teleclasses about transforming my relationship with food. Through that course, I came to appreciate and respect the manner in which Cynthia teaches. I found her to be a bright, positive, calming and supportive teacher. When I started the class, I didn't even know I wanted a business coach. But after it was over, I knew I needed more of Cynthia's positive and supportive energy in my life, and business coaching seemed to be the obvious next step.
The idea of starting my own business was terrifying and I was overwhelmed with everything that I had to do. I needed a plan of action and Cynthia provided the guidance I needed and held my hand in the process.
